Vandemoortele NV (www.vandemoortele.be) signed in the beginning of January 2010 a lease contract in the "De Schelde" building in Ghent, for an office space of 4.000 m ².
Vandemoortele is currently housed in buildings owned by them.
AOS Studley was assigned to realize a Tenant Representation by Vandemoortele, which resulted in simultaneous negotiations on several potential opportunities. Finally they opted for the "De Schelde".
AOS Studley negotiated the rental agreements and the contract directly with the building owner: Alides nv.
AOS Studley was also appointed by Vandemoortele to design and realize their work environment on the new location.
AOS Studley can count the Group Vandemoortele as one of their recurrent customers. For example AOS guided already in 2006 Alpro (although now not longer belonging to the group Vandemoortele) in a Tenant Rep mission, in which Alpro moved from Kortrijk to Ghent ("Liberty" building of Ipes on the Kortrijksesteenweg) and a few years back when Vandemoortele moved some activities from Kortrijk to Gent.
