As senior project manager you are responsible for the successful management of important projects within the office sector.

This includes managing the whole process from conceptualization to realization of the several projects, such as:

• Construction Project Management.
• Workplace Implementation.
• Relocation Management.
• Project Communication & Change Management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse the clients' needs and propose customized approaches and solutions.
• Implement these solutions (space planning, assisting offices building transfer, etc).
• Manage and respect project budgets, schedules and quality standards as well as the performance of the work in accordance with these requirements.
• Plan and direct the work of consultants, contractors and vendors on behalf of the client.
• Monitor project costs and advise clients on the project funding status.
• Report regularly on the project status towards the management team.
• Coach colleagues.

The senior project manager reports to the unit manager and works in close collaboration of the project management services team.

Profile:

Education:

• Higher degree of civil/industrial engineer or architect, obtained with excellent results.
• Additional business or real estate degree is a clear advantage.

Experience:

• Min. 5 years successful project management experience within a:
  • Building contractor company.
  • Facility-, space- or workplace management company.
  • Relocation company.
• Profound experience in projects of construction works, special techniques and fit-out (at least 5000M2) in the office sector.
• Experience in planning and managing analytical, budgetary, commercial, technical aspects of sizeable projects in the office sector.
